02Personality seminar with horses

From professional to master

Strengthening personal competencies — learning with horses

Pace, direction, goal, emotional fitness, presence, dynamics and body language. Horses notice every detail. They sense the invisible, register the smallest contradictions and respond without the slightest delay, directly and disarmingly honestly. Horses give you a clear answer to your behaviour. And it is not what you have done, but what you will do next, that earns you the respect and trust of the horse — and immediately also your leadership success.

Eight very different phases with engaging encounters and tasks with horses lead into precise methods for everyday practice. Step by step you reach your personal mastery in leading. Understand your team better

You want to get to know your organisation through the eyes of your employees, in order to discover strengths and improvement potential authentically. Satisfied employees work with more motivation and engagement. Together with you, we identify the relevant topics and develop a questionnaire for the anonymous online survey. The data are then consolidated and, on request, analysed by various breaks such as leadership level, department or seniority.
